Our brief was to design a contemporary apartment block with semi-basement parking, on the site of a bungalow and ancillary outbuildings in the Built-Up Area, adopting a modern, minimal aesthetic with high-specification, contemporary interiors.
We successfully secured Planning permission following a difficult determination process, hugely assisted by our CAD visuals and virtual 3D model, and have since handed the project over to another practice to oversee the Building Byelaws and construction phases.
