Our clients wished to construct a new-build dwelling in the garden of their existing house, adopting a modern style to prioritise views out towards the coastline.
Using 3D CAD throughout the design process, we helped them visualise the final scheme and successfully secured Planning permission and Building Byelaws approval.
We're extremely happy to say that works completed successfully on site and the house is now being enjoyed by our contented clients.
