Our client approached us to progress this scheme to Building Regulations approval, but introducing an element of redesign to some aspects of the design that was already in place prior to our appointment.
We produced a detailed 3D CAD model that assisted with successfully securing development permission, but then went on to assist with the coordination of suppliers' designs. We also produced a series of visuals and illustrative floor plans and worked with our client to produce a design for a sales brochure that could be self-published to help with marketing.
